Due to the logistics of shipping fragile items back and forth through the mail, returns will not be accepted on any shipped items. For locally delivered items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for the return.

Any items that arrive broken will be refunded in full, including cost of shipping. Please contact me directly including a photo of the broken piece as soon as it arrives to you.
